RUSSIAN CRUDE OIL

RUSSIAN CRUDE OIL

Crude Oil is an unrefined petroleum product containing mostly complex hydrocarbons with some additional organic material. Density varies, ranging from light and thin to heavy and thick; as does the sulfur content, ranging from sweet (low) to sour (high); and the colour ranging from yellow-gold to impenetrable black. Crude oil is further processed in refineries for making a large number of consumer products such as gasoline, diesel, heating oil, kerosene, and literally thousands of other products broadly classified as petrochemicals. The overall demand drivers for crude oil can be sub-divided into the individual demand growth of crude oil end use areas. One of the major uses of crude oil is for the manufacturing of gasoline.
